full time CUSTOMER OPERATIONS MANAGER

Our Client, an international logistics firm, are currently seeking applications for a Customer Operations Manager to join the organisation at their Cork base.



Essential Requirements

A minimum of five years' experience in logistics and roadfreight/ distribution operations management is required including customer management.

You must have experience working directly in a freight forwarding firm/role.

A significant advantage would be to have European wide experience.

Proven people management skills.
Proven communication skills and ability to escalate internally in correct manner
Proven distribution expertise
Supplier mgt - day to day
Optimisation
Proven Logistics expertise
Process understanding
Proven commercial acumen
Linked to distribution and transportation
