Overall Job Purpose:

The purpose of the role is to provide high quality outbound sales on behalf of the client, in a cost effective manner. You are responsible for selling a range of new and additional products/ services to suit the needs of the customer. You demonstrate excellent sales skills with an ability to overcome objections.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Ownership of relationship with customer on each outbound call

Performance against set targets and KPI's

Identify the customers needs and wants

Qualifications & Training

Ideally educated to ECDL level

Previous Experience required or desired:

Previous use of CRM software such as SAP, Oracle or similar

Sales Experience

Customer Service Experience

Personal Attributes required

Highly Motivated and enthusiastic

Ideally telephone sales experience

Track record of meeting & exceeding targets on daily, weekly and monthly basis

Previous experience of understanding and working against KPI's

Excellent objection handling skills
