Life Administrator - Italian & German

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administration of policies from enrolment to final Underwriting Decision.
- Implementation of new business
- To respond to partner companies and distributors' queries and requests regarding Policy Administration issues.
- To liaise with Third Party service providers in relation with policy and fund administration
- To prioritize the workload in line with team targets
- To build positive and professional working relationships both internally and with distributors
- To participate in the training of newer team members
- To provide excellent customer service to our clients and distributors, solving problems promptly and in a professional manner
- To participate in the improvement of workflows and procedures
- To deal with Ad hoc queries
Competency:
- 1 year experience in a Client Services/Administration role within the Insurance/Financial Services sector
- Excellent communication skills (Italian and German languages essential)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in a customer and quality focused environment, producing accurate work within team turnaround times
- Proactive and solution oriented while working on own initiative
