My client is currently recruiting an Outbound Telesales Advisor located in the Bishopstown area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and developing new business contacts while providing an excellent customer service

Duties & Responsibilities:

· New Business to business development

· Achieving high levels of customer service

· Successfully achieving objectives and targets as set by Supervisor.

· Adherence at all times to documented procedures and compliance with audit requirements.

· Responsible for continuous improvements to existing processes and procedures: identify re-occurring issues/queries with aim to resolve permanently through training, communication, and solution solving skills.

· May involve other administrative tasks as required

Skills / Experience Required:

· Highly Motivated and enthusiastic

· Excellent customer service skills

· Strong technical ability & experience with computers
