The role of HR Generalist is quite evolved and takes in a number of different elements. It is a key support to the HR Manager. This is a key appointment to the HR team and the right candidate must come from a strong Generalist background.
- Management of the HR Systems
- Management of the Compensation & Benefits system with a possible project roll out across Europe.
- Work in Special projects with the HR Manager
- Provide Support and advise on HR policies and ensure policies reflect best practice.
- Update employee records including new starters, mat leave, attendance forms, reference requests etc.
- Carry out associated pension, medical, long term disability and life assurance benefits administration.
- Drive the recruitment and selection process.
- Deal with general queries from employees on a day to day basis and act accordingly.
- Provide operational support to business leaders on all aspects of HR.
- Act at senior level in the absence of the HR Manager.
