Telesales Executives - Turkish Speakers

Summary:

Working closely with the Telesales Manager, deliver a consistent and managed reseller contact experience that drives key marketing messages, reseller education and ultimately achieves defined business results (continued recruitment and development of small business resellers).

This position has a focus on business development within an existing account base of registered resellers, as well as recruiting new resellers. Partnering with a virtual team of resources (such as field sales and marketing teams across Europe) to influence reseller sales behaviour.


Responsibilities:



  • Enable resellers, through proactive phone based campaigning, to communicate and sell, the business value of Our Client's products.

  • Be responsible for ensuring campaign telephone activity meets the standards set expected of a telesales agents

  • Contribution and responsibility in the achievement of agreed levels of team and individual goal

  • Direct contact with resellers and/or end-users to qualify leads and enquiries concerning Our Client's products

  • Maintenance of accurate contact and campaign results records


Your Profile



  • Self-motivated, ambitious, target-driven

  • Strong inside sales acumen in leading opportunities from generation to close

  • Consistent record of achievement of target

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work as an overlay resource in a collaborative team environment

  • Language skills a distinct advantage


Role Criteria



  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a telesales

  • Fluency in 2nd European language - Turkish

  • Excellent phone communication and IT systems skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Accomplished team player and leadership qualities

  • English language a must; multi-lingual agents also require
