My Client is one of the most experienced plastic injection molders and medical device manufacturers delivering value-added business solutions, high-quality medical products and cost-effective process optimizations.
My Client is looking for a high performance, results-driven medical manufacturing sales executive to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with other professionals who thrive on developing a successful organization competing in a multi-billion dollar category.
Responsibilities:
• Secure new business , manage existing and future accounts and work with other team members to increase overall revenue
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with the decision makers in engineering, senior management and procurement at key accounts. Establish relationships that result in new business and profitable revenue growth.
• Identify innovative business development opportunities for both short and long term goal achievement
• Provide excellent customer service and respond with efficient and effective solutions to customer needs in a way that differentiates the client to the competition.
• Deliver volume and P&L goals and objectives with a culture of profitable selling, while consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Qualifications:
• Medical sales experience: Preferable selling into Medical Device Manufacturers.
• Proven and successful track record of sales and business development at Medical Original Equipmtn Manufacturers
• Experience selling products produced in clean room operations
• Ability to work successfully with an intense, focused private equity sponsor
