IT Sales Trainer

Summary

This is a very exciting, newly created role within Manpower the purpose of which is to design, implement and deliver a Sales Training Programme for one of our key Multinational clients. This role will also be responsible for all sales training and development from training needs analysis through to training evaluation.

This is a part-time position, expected to incorporate 2 days a week.

The position will take the form a 3-month contract.

Responsibilities

q The key focus will be to deliver a Sales Training Programme for Manpower employees working in the Telesales team of one of our key clients in Dublin South.

q Analyze training needs and develop training requirements, design and develop sales training programs and training materials.

q Coordinate and implement these training programs and assess, measure and validate training effectiveness.

q Develop set of metrics that will allow measurement of training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in employee performance.

q Administration: Recording and maintenance of all training records.

Essential Requirements

q Excellent sales training background is essential for this position with a minimum of two years experience in a sales training role.

q Experience in the IT Sales Industry will be a very distinct advantage.

q Experience in designing training intervention from analysis of training needs right through design and delivery to evaluation stages is essential.

q Excellent communication skills, ability to excite, motivate and create interest in staff will be actively sought and assessed at interview level.

Additional requirements

q 5 years experience in a Sales environment

q Flexibility in hours and due to part-time nature of the role.

q The successful candidate will be a highly driven individual who has passion and enthusiasm and who excels in a very fast paced environment.

q Business Degree and/or training qualification
