Analyst, User Operations - Italian/Arabic/Turkish (Dublin)

 

Description

The leading Social Networking site is seeking Italian /Arabic/Turkish speaking analysts to join our User Operations team. Analysts are responsible for maintaining user safety, engagement, and site understanding by responding to email inquiries and abuse reports. Additionally, this position is responsible for understanding, analyzing, and communicating patterns in user behavior to the rest of the company. This is a full-time position in our Client's Dublin office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to contacts from users regarding a variety of site issues


• Enforce our Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site


• Analyze user interaction with the product and communicate this analysis to others within the department and company


• Identify inefficiencies in work flow and suggest solutions


• Interface effectively with other teams


• Help grow the User Operations team in Dublin

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian,Turkish or Arabic  and English


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution


• Flexibility to take on multiple tasks


• Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working


• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills


• Deep understanding of Social Networking is preferred


• Passion for ensuring a good user experience


• Valid EU work authorization
