Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with another senior professional, this position will require an individual capable of holding their own in a sales driven environment.
Roles/Responsibilities
Upon completion of inital product and systems training, the successful applicant will be responsible for going out and driving new business locally within the North Co. Dublin business community. Whilst the emphasis will mostly be on Personal Lines, there may also be some commercial lines business aswell.
Skills/Experience
CIP qualified, you should be a good "people person" and possess the necessary communication skills to manage customer expectations aswell as the aptitude for a sales role. It is essential that allied to the educational qualifications set out, you must possess the drive and ambition to work in a sales environment. An individual who is familiar with the AXA suite of Personal Lines products in particular, would be particularly desirable.
Education / Professional Qualifications
You must possess the CIP (Certificate of Insurance Practice) in order to meet the minimum criteria for this role.
Personal Attributes
Outgoing, salesy, drive to succeed, you should be motivated to get out from an office type environment into a more external role.
