Top multi-national in Cork is currently recruiting for a HR Officer to join their team for 9 months with the view to extension for a busy project. This is a dynamic and progressive company and successful candidates will have the opportunity to broaden their skills and experience within an interesting & challenging environment.
Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with 2 years + experience to gain substantial experience in HR and utilise their qualifications. Based in Cork, this company is located in a prime location.
Roles/Responsibilities
· Setting up interviews
· Interviewing candidates
· Reference checking
· Data Entry
· Creating records for personnel
· Processing and logging HR documentation:
· Contracts
· Legal Documentation
· Mail Merge
· Preparing HR documents, letters & correspondence
· Maintaining spreadsheets
· Advising staff on payroll
· Updating HR files
· Reporting
· Project Administration
· Logging reviews and increments
· Raising PO #s
· General Administration
Skills/Experience
- A minimum of 2 years HR Administration experience
- A very good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point
Education / Professional Qualifications
- HR Qualification is desirable
- Previous experience of working with a HR software package
