The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an assistant manager or deputy manager within a hotel and willing to take the next step to operations manager.
This role is extremely hands on and therefore would require and busy and energetic individual to manage different areas of the hotel whilst continually learning and developing their career!
Skills Required:
• Hotel Management Degree
• Manager in a 4 or 5 star property
• Experience of Budgeting and Forecasting for all departments
• Hungry to maximise sales at every opportunity
• Ability to work in all departments of the Hotel
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of dynamic and dedicated managers and staff
• Fluent in both written and spoken English - to communicate effectively with staff, owners and guests on all levels
• Lover of customer interaction and customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi task
• Ability to train managers and staff
• Standards driven
• Mix of Rooms Division and Food & Beverage Management a must
• A person who will ensure the staff, the business and the customers are happy
