Life Assurance Business Operating Model Designer


Life & Pensions, Business Process design, business operating model design, change management, assist in new life products design, Project Management, business improvement are all are part of his high profile role within a global reaching Life Assurance business.



This Dublin based role, that will involved some European travel, is working with a company out performing the market and who have a long term growth strategy which is driving this requirement.



You must have a strong Life Assurance background of 5+ years with intimate knowledge of life assurance products and being able to help in the design of products as well as having strong business process design and change management.



Role / opportunity:



  • Business operating model design

  • Business Process Design (BPM, BPR)

  • Working in the senior team to design investments with life assurance wrappers

  • Manager of Change Initiatives across EMEA

  • Working at both a strategy and detail level

  • Project Management

  • Stake holder management

  • Assist in the designing of new Life Assurance Investment products

  • Building and managing a team of mixed experienced process specialists

  • IT System implementation


Skills / experience:



  • 8+ years commercial experience

  • Strong Life & Pensions product knowledge is paramount to this role (5+ years industry experience from within a life & pensions company)

  • Change Management and Business Process design skills

  • Project Management

  • Experience of define process and procedures within Life Assurance environment

  • IT system implementation

  • A Life Assurance . Life and Pensions Business background or Accounting background could be of interest

  • Understand the principles behind life assurance systems
