Areas of Work

Operations:

Ensuring smooth operations of funds

Valuing derivatives daily using in-house models

On-going communication with trading desk & trade support of swap counterparties

Monitoring fund risk daily, including Value at Risk calculation

Assistance with instructing trades to swap counterparty, including trade order and trade ticket preparation

Monitoring funds daily for compliance purposes:

• with UCITS restrictions and prospectus terms (including CPPT algorithm where relevant)


• Ensuring Collateral is correctly posted, sufficient, of correct rating and jurisdiction

Reviewing fund transactions daily to ensure appropriate settlement

Review for accuracy of fund NAVs produced by administrator on daily/ weekly basis

Approving payments from funds

Marketing support:

Assistance with preparation of responses to RFP's, presentations to clients, back-tests, fact-sheets, monthly reporting to investors

Fund structuring:

Assistance with developing control and valuation models for new fund launches

Assistance with drafting fund supplements and other fund documents including swap term sheets and other ISDA documentation

Ideal Candidate must have 4 + yrs experience working as a Fund Accountant
