German Customer Service - urgent

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
* Handle inbound Customer Service inquiries.
* Take ownership and accountability for all inbound queries and ensure positive and satisfactory response to the customer.
Where queries cannot be resolved first time, ensure prompt & accurate escalation to the right team and ensure that the customer’s expectations in terms of response have been clearly set.
Manage all inbound calls & queries.
* Responsible for ensuring Compliance with Customer Service performance metrics in relation to phone, system maintenance, contract adjustment & issue resolution.
* Provide excellent service to customer and given the right opportunities, optimize profitability.
* Develop relationships and work closely with local Sales & Vendor teams to ensure that Service Level Agreements are being adhered to.
* Ensure that all internal processes, policies & procedures are being adhered to.
* Take ownership of administration problems and be pro-active in resolving them.
* Effectively communicate with all internal departments to bring prompt & accurate resolution to issues.
* Participate in projects as requested.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years call centre experience, ideally within a Financial Services role. Fluency in German is essential for this position.
