full time Dutch Customer Service Executive (KMG)

 My client is a leading global medical firm, with a European Service Centre in South Dublin. They are currently hiring for strong customer service agents to join their Dutch team.



The role will be telephone based customer service role and will involve the following:



• Quality Order Processing: majority of workload will involve data-inputting. Work must be understandable and accurate
• Credit Assistance: handling of miscellaneous credit activities, process timely return receipts and issue credit to the end customer. Raise miscellaneous credit and invoices in the system
• Consistent, standard, customer facing: effective communication at all times with both internal and external customers
• Complaint Resolution: dealing with telephone queries and complaints
• Productivity: high volume data input
• Teamwork: involvement and co-operation within team and externally
• Contribution to Process Improvement: flexibility to change with culture, processes and departmental requirements
• Customer Service Excellence: providing highest level of customer service at all times, providing back-up to any Customers Services function



The ideal candidate will have the following:


• 1 year customer service experience.
• Fluent Dutch

• Must be customer focused.
• Have excellent written and spoken English.
• Be able to problem solve.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Must have experience working with English clients.
