Liability Loss Adjuster - Excellent

Roles/Responsibilities

Handling and investigating Liability Personal Injury and Property Damage Claims including all aspects of Claims Investigation and Claims handling to include Client Reviews, Court attendance and management of a Portfolio of large claims and Corporate Clients claims. Ensuring that client's reserving philosophy is adhered to and that the reserves accurately reflect the clients' potential exposure.

You will be given total autonomy in your work and full responsibility for the cradle to grave handling of your portfolio.

Skills/Experience

A minimum of five years previous Liability Adjusting experience is required. Candidates should be comfortable negotiating settlements and liaising between Insurers and third parties.

Education / Professional Qualifications

Ideally you should be educated to a minimum of Leaving Cert standard with applicants possessing formal Adjusting qualifications being particularly desirable.
