                                        NORWEIGN TECH SUPPORT AGENTS REQUIRED

Experienced Norweign Technical Support Agents are required for an immediate start in global I.T company IBM located in the north side of Dublin.

THE ROLE:
You will be dealing with IBM’s company clients (B2B) and troubleshooting their IT problems and answering their queries. It is important to have good computer knowledge and you will get training about the IBM products. There are several teams; some are more customer service orientated while others are more technical. You will be placed according your technical knowledge. The position requires good PC skills, customer service skills, phone manners, and the ability to work team.

THE PERSON:
Min 6 months of CS experience
Fluent Norweign and good English
Solid troubleshooting skills (error, internet access, printing problems).
PC skills – equivalent of ECDL, knowledge of Win XP or Vista.
