Vacancy - Credit Control




POSITION: A 1 month contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced credit controller to work within the Retail sector in Dundrum. My client is seeking a candidate who has a minimum of 3-4 years experience in collections coupled with a highly professional telephone manner and experience working to high targets.

Responsibilities

• Cash Collections


• Contribute to dispute management process


• Keep manager informed of customers with payment problems


• Liaise with service centres in Dublin


• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is met


• Initiate changes to credit limits consistent with corporate policy


• Ad- hoc duties as required

Requirements

• 3 years solid credit control experience


• Retail / FMCGH background a bonus but not essential


• Oracle or SAP experience required


• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word


• Target driven with a strong initiative


• Excellent telephone manner & ability to deal with customers in a helpful, efficient and friendly manner


• Well organised & and strong experience working to tight deadlines

Package

• Salary: €35,000 pro rata
