Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Property, this position will involve taking responsibility for the overall portfolio of Property claims and assume this responsibility currently held by a range of multi-skilled Claims Handlers.
Skills/Experience
The Successful Candidate will:
- Have 3 yrs + Claims negotiating experience from notification to settlement on all types of property claims including business interruption.
- Be well organised, detail-conscious and capable of managing their time and workload effectively
- Be pro-active in making decisions on the next step actions, while working towards targets
- Show a high level of productivity and commitment
- Provide high quality service to our external partners
- Confident with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Education / Professional Qualifications
Candidates must hold the CIP qualification or sufficient experience to be grandfathered by their current organisation or be part CIP qualified with sufficient time to completion within the regulated timeframe.
