European Claims Supervisor - German Ess

Job Description

Reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager, the purpose of this role is to efficiently supervise the assessment and validation of claims and complaints handling for an international portfolio through streamlined processes and procedures.

Roles/Responsibilities

Supervise the Claims processing/Complaints Handling for the International team;

Supervise Customer Services and monitor team quality

Assist in creating and amending procedures

Supervision back up to other Operations Supervisor will be required to cover absence and annual leave

Interface

1. Insurance Division: Dublin Management Team (Administration and other services)

2. Group: Group claims & subscriptions departments

3. External: Partners in Europe: Finance Companies & TPA.

Skills/Experience

1. 3 to 5 years experience in claims administration, preferably in Payment Protection Insurance.

2. Skills & Competencies: Claims handling and complaints resolution competencies & Medical U/W , English and German, other European languages will be an advantage.

Education / Professional Qualifications

Preferably third level Education, in administration or business school
