POSITION: A position has arisen for an AP Clerk in Sandyford Dublin 18.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large multi-national organisation.
The position reports to the AP manager and it's primary role is
the administration of the organisations travel expense system.
Responsibilities
- Administration of the travel expense system and the corporate credit card program
- Determining where policy exceptions apply, processing changes in system as appropriate
- Liaising with the travel expense audit team
- Payment of travel expenses
- Processing cash advances in line with policy
- Resolving queries in relation to Concur
- Processing month-end accruals and other month-end reporting
- Month-end reconciliations
- Overseeing the corporate credit card process
- Maintenance of corporate credit card and Concur accounts as appropriate
- Escalating queries to Accounts Payable Manager as appropriate
- Managing multiple central email boxes which are the primary contact point for the regions employees.
- Other general ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years AP experience
- English and other European Languages a plus
- Familiar with Travel Expense system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Punctual, Professional and flexible with a can do attitude
- Accounting Packages such as Oracle is desirable
- Multi-national industry experience a plus
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work
- Ability to own responsibilities and processes
- Strong peoples skills
