My client is a leading employer based in Bishopstown Cork City.

Part Time Permanent Customer Service Advisor:

Liaising directly with customers and other internal departments to resolve any outstanding issues and escalations
Successfully achieving objectives and targets as set by Supervisor.
Adherence at all times to documented procedures and compliance with audit requirements.
May involve other administrative tasks as required.

Skills / Experience Required

1+ Years experience in customer service / retail / customer facing role.
Excellent communication skills
Reliable
An ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
