Part time Customer Service Advisor

My client is a leading employer in Cork. Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting permanent part time customer service advisors.
Shifts will be 4 hour in duration, and there are morning and evening shifts available. Successful applications must be available for 2 weeks full time training commencing the end of August.
Part Time Customer Service Advisor:
• Liaising directly with customers and other internal departments to resolve any outstanding issues and escalations
• Successfully achieving objectives and targets as set by Supervisor.
• Adherence at all times to documented procedures and compliance with audit requirements.
• Responsible for continuous improvements to existing processes and procedures: identify re-occurring issues/queries with aim to resolve permanently through training, communication, and solution solving skills.
• May involve other administrative tasks as required.

Flexibility is crucial
Skill Set Required
• PC literate
• Fluent English
• Being able to demonstrate clear problem solving skills
