Customer Service Representative
We are seeking to recruit Customer Service Representatives for our client
Job Purpose:
Ensure quick turnaround of query resolution process for our clients and customers
Key Responsibilities
• Liaise with the management team on a regular basis, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Liaising directly with customers and other internal departments to resolve any outstanding issues and escalations
• Successfully achieving objectives and targets as set by Supervisor.
• Adherence at all times to documented procedures and compliance with audit requirements.
• Responsible for continuous improvements to existing processes and procedures: identify re-occurring issues/queries with aim to resolve permanently through training, communication, and solution solving skills.
• May involve other administrative tasks as required.

• Highly Motivated and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable
• An ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Career History
• Having worked in a customer focused/team environment is advantageous.
Experience
• Minimum one year work experience.
Skills
• PC literate
• Fluent English
• Being able to demonstrate clear problem solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Qualifications
• Recent graduate / equivalent education or one year work experience
