Our Client is currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Representative


Responsibilities:
To consistently provide a high quality service
Administration
Tracking, analysing and solving queries, issues and escalations
Achieving set daily activities, tasks and targets
Liaising with other internal departments and customers

Requirements:

Fluency in English
2 years + experience working within a customer services or sales environment
Excellent PC Skills, high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience dealing with customer queries, problem solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised whilst delivering a high quality service
Time management skills
Attention to detail essential
Organisational skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise workload
A team player with a positive attitude
