Senior Software Developer

Reporting directly to the Project Leader this will be a technically challenging position, working on a major enterprise application to tight deadlines. The role will require constant interaction with other developers in the team and project management to develop robust, scalable and high performance applications.

Role / Opportunity

• Requirements analysis & Application Design


• Providing accurate estimates and timings to project managers


• Delivery of application developments using standard web development methodologies


• Mentoring other developers within a project team


• Ensuring all QA procedures are satisfied in terms of process and documentation.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years commercial experience in Microsoft technologies and will demonstrate a high degree of technical literacy and proficiency in .Net frameworks.

Other skills include:

• Very strong T-SQL (Stored Procedure) skills.


• 4-5 years commercial development experience in ASP.Net /C# or VB.Net


• Good level of experience of XML/XSLT


• Knowledge of C# .NET, Web Services, SQL Server, COM and ASP


• Third level IT or related qualification


• Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint an advantage


• Fluency in the English language
