Change management, Life & Pensions, Business Process design, business operating model design, input into new life products design, Project Management, business improvement are all are part of his high profile role within a globally leading Life Assurance business.

This Dublin based role is working with a company that are performing particularly well in the current market and have a long term growth strategy which requires some key individuals on board.

You must have a strong Life Assurance background with intimate knowledge of life assurance products as well as having a strength in business process design and change management.

Role / opportunity:

• Manager of Change Initiatives across EMEA


• Business operating model design


• Working at both a macro and micro level


• Business Process Re-engineering (BPM, BPR)


• Project Management


• Stake holder management


• Assist in the designing of new Life Assurance products


• Select and managing a team of mixed experience


• IT System implementation

Skills / experience:

• 8+ years commercial experience


• Strong Life & Pensions product knowledge is paramount to this role


• Change Management


• Business Process design


• Project Management


• Experience of define process and procedures within Life Assurance environment


• IT system implementation


• A Life Assurance . Life and Pensions Business background or Accounting background could be of interest


• Understand the principles behind life assurance systems
