part time HR Generalist.

SENIOR HR GENERALIST - CONTRACT POSITION.


MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



CULTURE DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNICATION


· Support & drive credo based culture within business partner's functions in the attainment of a high performing culture.


· Support Business Transformation cultural change programmes.


· Comply with all Standards of Behaviour as developed and rolled out to all employees.


· Facilitate


- Quarterly breakfast meetings


- Ongoing monthly reports & briefings related to business partners



RECRUITMENT


· Participate in the drive for supply chain & operational excellence by managing on-site recruitment needs for your business partners in a timely manner after internal & external approval is received.


· Manage contract renewal process for employees within your area of support.



TALENT MANAGEMENT


· Lead employee development discussions with your business partners.


· Manage Organisational Talent Review Process & Succession planning sessions


· Successfully run departmental talent scope and org talent sessions.


· Follow up with people managers to ensure they are implementing actions plans out of the meetings.


· Maintain responsibility for the talent navigator system.


· Manage Effective Mentoring Interventions.



FINANCE


· Ensure budgets within your control are feed into the business planning process and managed to plan.


· Seeks way to reduce costs of the department whilst maintaining superior service.



PROJECT MANAGEMENT


· Lead & support business related projects, where requested to drive HR & the business forward.


· Global HR Transformation:


o Attend Project meetings.


o Complete GHRT actions in a timely manner.


o Lead roll out of training of new HR model & employee readiness pre and post go live.


o Work with colleagues in specialist groups & Convergys to ensure competent HR delivery model is in place pre and post go live.



EMPLOYEE RELATIONS


· Provide support and advice on employee relations matters to all employees.


· Provide support and advice on employment legislation & ensure compliance throughout business partners.


· Timely handling of all employee relation matters for all manufacturing business partner areas & GSC, ensuring correct disciplinary procedures are adhered to.


· Ensure all performance reviews are returned in a timely manner and that reviews reflect performance for your support areas.


· Responsible for ensuring that regular reviews of absent employees are taking place with people managers and that action plan in place to address.

HEALTH SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL:


· Support all Company HSE activities:


· Fosters a safe working environment.


· Follows safety procedures and anticipates hazards.


· Actively participates in safety programmes.


· Adheres to GMP's.


· All employees are responsible for minimizing both the Environmental and Health & Safety effects of the work that they perform.

Quality Compliance:


· Comply with all quality objectives to ensure the requirements of the Credo and Quality Policy are achieved.


· Participate in the drive to be an organisation with World Class Compliance in Quality & assist in audit preparation.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

5yrs post qualification experience at senior management level. You must have worked in a manufacturing environment.
