My client, a leading HR Consultancy is looking to recruit HR consultants to work with some of his leading clients.
The main responsibilities of the consultant is to work closely with clients across a number of different industry sectors.
Services offered by my client include:
HR compliance audits.
Contracts of employment.
Policies and Procedures.
Employee handbooks.
Support in resolving employee/industrial relations issues.
Trade Union negotiations.
Representation at Hearings: Rights Commissioner, EAT, LRC, LC.
Complete recruitment support including interview pariticpation.
Performance management.
Training and organisational development.
Termination of employment - dismissals, settlement agreements, redundancies & outplacement support.
