• Direct support to client complaints and critical situations
• Acknowledge ownership to client
• Understand the context and background of the client's problem/request
• Negotiate commitments with client
• Develop action plans and drive to resolve
• Identify and engage appropriate resources
• For selected complex complaints or critical situations involve an Expert-Resolution Owner
• Recognize major obstacle and escalate if needed
• Keep complaint management tool (CMT) updated
University education (Master's degree) economic - accounting skills, economic, IT
Requirements
• Strong Communication skills
• Business networking experience
• Excellent co-ordination, leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent in client service & client satisfaction
• English (Fluent)
• Second language depending on the supported country
