Role: Our client, a highly successful services company seeks a financial analyst to join their team and to work on one of their largest clients.


Responsibilities:

• Analyse and understand contact centre data and apply to forecasting models for activity volume, resource and seating requirement


• Provide detailed statistical analysis based on historical information and current trends


• Ability to quantify and support conclusions with data


• Lead forecasting and planning weekly meetings and attend client meetings as required


• Interpret the numbers to ensure the business is aware of any issues that may occur


• Provide short, medium and long term forecasting models to ensure current trends are used to provide timely and accurate forecasts to the business


• Analyse and understand contact centre data and apply to forecasting models for activity volume, resource and seating requirement


• Provide detailed assumptions to back up forecast requirements

Skills Required:

• Have strong relative experience in a contact centre / logistics environment along with associated methodologies


• Accountant with industry experience


• Proven experience in forecast accuracy
