Job Description
- Contact existing Customers to inform them of on going promotions
- Interact with customers over the phone
- Process all new Sales orders into the system
- Build rapport with customers so that they will be satisfied with the level of service received
- Have the ability to work to Sales Targets and KPI's
- Need to have the ability to work with a team environment
Skills/Experience
- Flexible Schedule, ability to work evenings and weekends
- Customer-focused
- Experience in a customer facing environment
- Has ECDL or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Competitive
- Team player
Education / Professional Qualifications
- Ideal candidate will have experience in a Telesales environment
- Previous experience in working it Retail and Hospitality an advantage
- 0-1 years proven sales ability
- Ability to provide a great customer experience
- Strong communication skills
