Inbound Sales Agent - Cork




Responsibilities



  • Provide sales solutions to customers based on their needs and wants

  • Interact with customers over the phone

  • Process all new Sales orders into the system

  • Build rapport with customers so that they will be satisfied with the level of service received

  • Achieve sales goals set out on a weekly basis while providing an excellent customer experience

  • Have the ability to work to Sales Targets and KPI's

  • Need to have the ability to work with a team environment


Skills



  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based call centre environment where calls are monitored and recorded

  • Flexible Schedule, ability to work evenings and weekends

  • Customer-focused

  • Experience in a customer facing environment

  • Has ECDL or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills

  • Competitive

  • Team player

Experience



  • Ideal candidate will have experience in a Telesales environment

  • Previous experience in working it Retail and Hospitality an advantage

  • 0-1 years proven sales ability

  • Ability to provide a great customer experience
