HR Compensation & Tax Advisor for Assignes wanted. Salary being offered is €15k - €21k depending on experience.
Duties include:
1.Manage a portfolio of assignees.
2.Assure the follow-up of the tax calculation processed by the tax partner
3.Validation of the tax calculations made by the company's tax partner.
4.Monthly reconciliation of the assignee individual files
5.Implementation of the repayment schedule for the hypotax
6.Billing of the ETR (Excess Tax) to the other countries
7.Preparation of individual tax and compensation data for the company'stax partner of ad-hoc reporting.
8.Sarbanne-Oxley (SOX) testings and compliance tests.
9.Payment and follow-up of the local taxes for assignees IN
10.Preparation of accounting date (accruals and indicators for ETR)
11.Follow-up of the tax refunds.
12.IA-tax related administrative tasks (Manual Payment Requests, non-compliance chasers, etc)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year experience in 1-3 years of experience in taxes preferably for assignees
- English: Fluent
- Ability to liaise with professionals at all levels in the organization
- Work in compliance with Business Controls and Corporate Instructions.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good time management with ability to prioritize effectively
- Must be able to work under own initiative
- Proactive team player
- Focus on achieving excellence in Customer Satisfaction
- Shares work updates with the team and the Management with a view to improving processes
