Our Client, a well known organisation in the city centre, is currently recruiting an Administrator for a 7 mth contract role. Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, this position will be involved in the implementation of policies and procedures as part of a project team. The position involves extensive interface with other Business Units and requires good teamwork skills.



Roles/Responsibilities



- Daily review of reports
- Coordinate any exceptions / issues raised in reports
- Administration of reports and other general department administration
- Deal with customer queries/complaints
- Coordinate activities with Quality Control Supervisors in the investigation and resolution data quality issues
- Liaise with other Business Unit Supervisors as necessary




Skills/Experience



- Experience working with in-house databases and ability to pick up same quickly
- Advanced MS Office, in particular Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interface professionally and positively with customers and other Departments in resolving issues and complaints

- Minimum of 3 years' solid administration experience
