Engineering Supervisor required for leading Cork based Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Multinational.




Roles/Responsibilities



  • Co-ordination of area resources to deliver a quality and efficient support service
  • Supervision of Charge hands, Crafts and General Workers.
  • Identification and implementation of Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Engage with the entire team to ensure full involvement in solutions and accountability for results.
  • Delivery of area performance to meet or exceed EHS, Quality and cost objectives.
  • Troubleshooting
  • Liaise with external vendors
  • Contribute to site management operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, cGMP and other business compliance regulations.



    • Skills/Experience




    • Engineering Degree and relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing

    • Strong technical knowledge

    • Ability to respond to changing priorities

    • Problem solving skills ? 8 step problem solving process

    • Good communication skills

    • Supervisory experience in pharmaceutical environment.
