Cost Controlling Department:
The Cost Controlling team ensures that the recording and subsequent allocation of costs adheres to a global finance model that was introduced in 2007. Together with a project team, they help internal customers to transform and transition elements of their local cost controlling processes to benefit from world class tools and processes as well as receiving high quality analysis and month end closing support from a centralised location..
Working with the country Finance, Operations and Business colleagues, the primary responsibilities for the ITDelivery team are;
- analyzing and recovering cost and service pools, providing financial planning services, managing/controlling the cost flows ensuring correct cost distribution, providing Plan/Budget versus Actuals analysis
- preparing management presentations including ledger actuals and commentaries
- developing forecasts and tracking actual performance
You will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of 15-25 people
- Effective people management and allocation of individual responsibilities
- Team motivation & team development
- Driving performance to achieve key performance indicators
- Driving process improvement harmonization and effectively managing changes
- Monitoring and ensuring strong business controls are met
- Enhancing communication and relationships with internal clients to deliver high quality services

Additional requirements for the applicant
- Master's Degree
- English : Fluent
Experience and competencies:
- Long term experience from the financial environment and customer focused environment
- Knowledge of financial management: planning and accounting ( IFRS or USGAAP)
- Dedicated focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a managerial role
- Demonstrated people leadership skills and highly developed coaching skills
- Ability to drive and implement change, strategic thinking
- Good team player
