IBM Technical Support Representative



We are currently recruiting Norwegian Technical Support Representatives to work in IBM's European Centre in Ireland.




You will be dealing with IBM's company clients (B2B) and troubleshooting their IT problems and answering their queries. It is important to have good computer knowledge and you will get training about the IBM products. There are several teams, some are more customer service orientated while others are more technical. You will be placed according your technical knowledge. The position requires good computer skills, customer service skills, phone manners, and the ability to work team.




 



· The work is performed within IBM but the Assignment is signed between you and Manpower, starting for a period of 11 months and then extended on 12 months basis.



  • 18,5 days holidays for 11 months period + 9 bank holidays per year

  • You will be given full training when you start.

  • Access to Global Learning Centre (2,500 courses for free)

  • You will develop your IT & Customer service skills in a multicultural environment in leader company

  • Access to the social club and facilities (i.e. gym, subsidised canteen, doctor on site etc.)
