My client, a leading global company in Cork currently seeks an experienced Team Leader to join their team for approx 5-6 months.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Daily performance management of team members


• Management of timekeeping & attendance records


• Motivate and lead team members to achieve targets


• Adhere to strict KPI's


• Daily & weekly reporting


• Deal with employee relations issues & attend disciplinary meetings as required


• General ad hoc duties

Suitable candidates for this position will have the following:

• Minimum of 2 years Team Leader experience


• Strong people management skills


• Excellent communicational skills


• Ability to work in fast paced environments
