A leading multinational insurer offering an extensive array of commercial and personal lines insurance products has an opening for a Senior Professional Indemnity Claims Negotiator, coming from a Legal and/or Insurance background.
Skills/Experience
The Successful Candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 3 yrs PQE, ideally with experience of managing Professional Indemnity Claims from notification to settlement, or, have at least 6 years liability claims negotiating experience of which 3 years were dealing with Professional Indemnity Claims.
- Be well organised, detail-conscious and capable of managing their time and workload effectively
- Be pro-active in making decisions on the next step actions, while working towards targets
- Show a high level of productivity and commitment
- Provide high quality service to our external partners
Education / Professional Qualifications
A CIP qualification or Grandfathered Status is essential for candidates who do not hold practising Solicitor or Barrister Status.
