                                       Turkish Telesales Representatives Required

Experienced Telesales Representatives with Fluent Turkish and English is required for an immediate start in a leadin IT company in Bratislava.

The Role:
Telesales Representative is responsible for managing the sales transactions primarily over the phone and via email. The focus is either on existing customers – when the contract needs to be renewed or a solution could be upgraded – or on perspective new customers who express an interest in buying.
The role requires the knowledge of the technical products as well as ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
Does not include cold-calling or telemarketing tasks.

Requirements:
Fluent English and Turkish
Excellent communication skills
Sales skills are an advantage
Team player
Market awareness
Fluent English and Turkish.
