Change Manager Funds

Job Description

This is a Senior role within the Business Change Group who are responsible for client change projects, including client conversions and business or client generated projects.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Project Planning Construct project plans for designated projects which are consistent with agreed project objectives and budgets.
  
• Project Management Maintain an oversight over all activities, ensuring issues and divergences from plans are escalated appropriately.
  
• Project Reporting Ensure project status reports are produced in accordance with the communication plans agreed at the outset.
  
• Resource Management Provide clear direction and leadership to staff managed in the course of a project, including where appropriate setting individual objectives at the start of a project and reviewing outcomes during and at the end of the project.
  
• Liaison with Technology and Business Groups Manage communication with the various technology groups that provide services to the business area, to ensure that related project activities in those groups are performed in line with agreed plans and budgets.

Skills/Experience

• Minimum 10 years experience in funds industry
  
• Strong understanding of the various functions within the Asset Servicing business and how they fit together.
  
• Proven ability to deliver within deadlines and manage client expectation
  
• Able to deal effectively with external clients and prospects including senior management
  
• Previous involvement in projects or change management .
  
• Innovative approach to problem solvingAbility to influence

Education / Professional Qualifications

• Ideally you will have a degree qualification
  
• Project Management qualification also a distinct advantage
