Claims Executive - German and Italian

A leading European Insurer based in Dublin City Centre are currently recruiting for a Claims Executive with fluent German and Italian
The Executive will be responsible for administrating the daily functions of Subscriptions, Claims & Complaints and providing general business support.
Roles / Responsibilities:
- Access and process international claims
- Handle and resolve complaints
- Manage day to day customer relations
- Provide business support on all operational aspects
- Assist in creating and amending procedures
Skills / Experience:
- 2 to 4 years experience in Claims Administration- preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in Payment Protection Insurance
- Fluent English, German and Italian essential
Personal Attributes:
A positive can-do attitude is required.
