full time Technical Services Manager (Pharma)

Technical Services Manager required for our client, a leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Multinational.



Roles/Responsibilities




  • Business Unit lead for all activities relating to Technical Support, New Product Introduction, Validation & Technical Training.
  • Management of new technology transfers, process improvements for drug Product and drug substance into BU.
  • Facilitate the technical services team in providing technical support for the completion of continuous improvement, technology transfer, RFT, capital and other projects.
  • Including Process & equipment cleaning validation, CSV and technical support on projects with in BU.
  • Participate in risk assessments, inspections, audits,etc.
  • Monitor the SHE performance in your department.
  • Prepare budgets and control expenditure to operating plan.
  • Manage discipline, time keeping, attendance, holidays & overtime.
  • Drive continuous improvement and setting of excellence in standards.

Education / Professional Qualifications




  • Scientific/Engineering degree qualification
  • 5+ years relevant experience in pharmaceutical management.
