Technical Services Manager (Pharma)

Technical Services Manager required for our client, a leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Multinational.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Business Unit lead for all activities relating to Technical Support, New Product Introduction, Validation & Technical Training.
- Management of new technology transfers, process improvements for drug Product and drug substance into BU.
- Facilitate the technical services team in providing technical support for the completion of continuous improvement, technology transfer, RFT, capital and other projects.
- Including Process & equipment cleaning validation, CSV and technical support on projects with in BU.
- Participate in risk assessments, inspections, audits,etc.
- Monitor the SHE performance in your department.
- Prepare budgets and control expenditure to operating plan. < LI>
- Manage discipline, time keeping, attendance, holidays & overtime.< LI>
- Drive continuous improvement and setting of excellence in standards.< LI>

Education / Professional Qualifications
- Scientific/Engineering degree qualification
- 5+ years relevant experience in pharmaceutical management.
