Internal Auditor

Our client is an Irish owned, Cork headquartered, outsourcing company. In recent years it has experienced phenomenal growth levels and is continuing to expand into further sectors.

Job Description:

As a result of this expansion the company requires an Internal Auditor to document and implement internal controls and procedures with a view to creating long term efficiencies in the company.

Roles / Responsibilities:

• Review of Control Designs
  
• Audit of operating effectiveness of existing controls
  
• Update documentation of relevant processes
  
• Ensure IFSRA and Data Protection complaince is in place
  
• Strive for external accreditation with regard to audit controles and procedures
  
• Strive for continuous improvement and efficiency

Skills / Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accounant (ACA)
  
• 3-5 years internal or external audit experience
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Self starter - no prior year file available
  
• Able to take ownership and lead internal audit as a new discipline in a fst growing company
