You will be responsible for supervising, training, and developing staff and ensuring high standards are maintained. Responsibilities include:
Managing the floor team
Liaising with owner and head chef
Meeting and greet customers
Managing rota
Identifying area's of improvement
Stock control
Management experience in a hospitality industry is a must. Relevant health and safety qualification and chef experience are a pre-requisite. A passion for food, business and a commitment to excellence in the work place are needed.
