· NT 4 Server

· Windows 2000 / 2003 Server

· Small Business Server 2000 / 2003

· Networking knowledge

· Operating Systems knowledge (Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT Professional, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, Windows Server Edition)

· Good knowledge of PC Architecture

· Experience with supporting desktop applications

· Must be able to troubleshoot Server operating systems

· Must have helpdesk and phone based experience

Desirable:

· Linux

· Must be interested in learning new technologies

· They are monitoring core systems as in the server's and their software.

· 3-5 years experience mostly with servers
