Branch Manager

Our client are a leading player in the insurance market and have seen signifcant expansion over the last few years. We are currently assisting them to source a Branch Manager for their business.
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Operations this position will assume authority for a stand alone branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both the staff and the business of the branch.
Skills/Experience
To be considered for this role, you will need to have strong track record in sales and people management. Ideally you will be coming from the banking / insurance / financial services background. However, a strong personality and ability to lead and motivate staff will be the most important attributes.
